    CIBS节目∶大笑减压充电室 (Laughing Station)

    邀请嘉宾分享自己的减压故事及介绍香港不同的减压活动。由大笑导师指导听众在节目中练习大笑瑜伽及一些放松练习。同时,每集均会介绍社区的减压小点子,好让大家有更多减压、充电和大笑的时间。

     

    Guests are invited to share their stories of relieving stress and introduce related activities in Hong Kong. Guided by the laughing yoga tutors, the audience can practise laughing yoga and some relaxation exercises during the programme. Tips on stress relief in the community will also be introduced in each episode to help the audience to have more time to relieve stress, recharge and laugh.
