节目为大家介绍一些比较另类的运动项目。大部份受访者均是香港代表队成员，不乏世界赛经验。透过节目，希望让香港人重新发现这群精英的存在，并了解更多他们参与的「另类运动」项目。
In this programme, we will introduce some alternative sports. Part of the interviewees are the members of National Sports Teams of Hong Kong. They are experienced in world competitions. Through the programme, it is hoped that Hong Kong people will get more understanding about these athletes and the “alternative sports” they are joining.
