Known for its punk image, love of beards and dislike of suits, BrewDog has a clear culture and an uncompromising boss at the helm. The three applicants vying for the position of regional area manager think it is James Watt they have to impress. What they don't know is that their every move is being assessed by up to 200 members of his team in a series of workplace tasks and that they will make the decision over who gets hired.
