Compulsory testing ordered for 65 locations

The government on Sunday issued compulsory testing notices for 65 places across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The buildings are located in Kwai Chung, Tseung Kwan O, Kwun Tong, Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun, Chai Wan, Ma On Shan, Tai Po, Tung Chung, Sai Ying Pun, Shek Kip Mei, Tai Wai, Sheung Shui, Yau Tong, Yuen Long, Ngau Tau Kok, Ap Lei Chau, Pokfulam, Tsuen Wan, Shau Kei Wan, Shatin, Tai Kok Tsui, Cheung Sha Wan, Ngau Chi Wan, Tsing Yi, and Aberdeen.

In addition, nine locations – four in Fanling, two each in Sai Wan Ho and Tseun Wan, and one in Tseung Kwan O – were issued with compulsory testing notices after sewage samples tested positive for Covid-19.

The Centre for Health Protection on Sunday reported another 3,897 infections, 117 of them imported.
