Hong Kong's men and women on Saturday lost their pool matches on Day 2 of the FIBA 3-ex-3 basketball Olympic qualifying tournament at Victoria Park.

The men's team were beaten 17-11 by the Netherlands, and 21-19 by Switzerland. The women's team lost 17-7 to Poland.

Neither team advances to the semi-finals, having lost all their pool matches.

Sixteen men's and women's teams from around the world, including Hong Kong, are competing this weekend for a chance to qualify for Paris.

The semi-finals and finals will take place on Sunday.
