A memorial service will be held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Tuesday for former president, Jiang Zemin, who died in Shanghai on Wednesday at the age of 96. A plastic surgeon has reminded consumers to use doctors when receiving injectable beauty treatments. Dr Stephanie Lam says botulism from injections is very rare, with only around 30 cases in Hong Kong in recent years. Two men have died in a fire in Wan Chai, with police classifying the case as murder, arson and suicide. More than 30 people had to be evacuated from the building in the early hours of Thursday morning. The head of the government's Transport Advisory Committee has revealed that the government plans to introduce different hourly rates at the three cross-harbour tunnels, but only after a planned toll adjustment next year.
