Human Rights Monitor disappointed with IPCC report Listen
The Hong Kong Human Rights Monitor says its disappointed with the IPCC report, with a spokesperson saying it reiterates the need for an independent inquiry into the protests that began last year. Claudia Yip described the IPCC report's findings on key events during last year's protests, including an attack on protesters by white-shirted thugs in Yuen Long and the storming of an MTR station by police officers, as "absurd" and detracted from the report's credibility.
