On Wednesday’s Backchat, Covid contact tracing-app and foreign judges on CFA.


Bars and nightclubs are to be closed again as the authorities struggle to contain a new wave of coronavirus infections in Hong Kong, with 83 new cases expected to be confirmed on Tuesday.


It will be the third time that bars have been ordered to shut since the pandemic began.


And Chief Executive Carrie Lam says the government is going to force restaurants and other premises to sign up for its coronavirus contact-tracing app and it could eventually become mandatory for customers to take part in the tracking system.
