以食物来认识居于香港的不同少数族裔的历史、文化、地物风貌、国情等。除了介绍食物外,亦会探讨烹调方法和饮食行为,以了解一地的政治、经济、社会特色,以至于他们累积的生活智慧、经验和传统。
Through the introduction of food, the programme offers a glimpse of the history, culture, geographical customs and national conditions of ethnic minorities in Hong Kong. Besides food, the programme also examines people’s culinary approaches and eating behavior to comprehend the political, economic and social features of a particular place, as well as people’s accumulated wisdom in daily life, experience and tradition.
