节目由精神病康复者担任主持，带领其他康复者分享自己独特的生命故事。同时，亦会邀请医生、精神科护士、社工及「精健图书」管理员，与听众一同拆解精神病的迷思。 The programme presenters, who are ex-mentally ill persons, will lead other ex-patients to share their life stories. Guests such as doctors, mental nurses, social workers and “librarians” of the Mental Health Human Library will also be invited to dispel some myths about mental illness.
