The programme hosts, who have special relationships with culinary culture, will share with us their unique views of the culinary culture of Hong Kong and appreciation of such culture at different stages of life. The programme will also invite chefs, nutritionists, speech therapists and guests who enjoy food and have relevant knowledge to discuss the tips of “healthy cooking and eating well”.
