More than a decade ago, there was a series of family tragedies in Tin Shui Wai, which was henceforth labelled by the media then as the melancholic city. Through the sharing from members of the local community, it is hoped that the programme would help eradicate the misunderstandings about this community and explore more about the joy of Tin Shui Wai.
