节目介绍香港人鲜有接触的体育项目，提高听众对各项体育项目的认识及兴趣，从而鼓励更多人参与。受访者包括各项体育总会的干事及参与人士。

In the programme, we will introduce types of sports lesser known by Hong Kong people, in order to raise their awareness and interests in various sports, as well as encourage their participation. Interviewees include officers and participants of various sports associations.
