很多香港人喜欢前往日本旅行，同时造成许多文化上的冲突。而在香港，亦有很多日本人留港工作，甚至落地生根，建立自己的事业。节目请来居港日本人与常跟日本人工作的香港人主持，一起分享两地的生活文化和趣事，减少大家相处时候的矛盾。
Many Hongkongers like to travel to Japan, leading to a lot of cultural conflicts. In Hong Kong, there are also many Japanese people staying for work, some even settle here or pursue a career. The programme is hosted by Japanese people residing in Hong Kong and Hongkongers who frequently work with Japanese people. They will share the different lifestyles and anecdotes of the two places to help avoid conflicts
