无论日常生活，又或出门远行，单车都可以在生活中占一席位。节目访问不同的单车达人，以香港的单车历史出发，细谈近年的单车热潮，再探索单车于生活应用的可能性。另外，节目亦会邀请不同的单车旅人分享以他们的单车游历体验，扩展我们对单车城市空间的想像。 

Whether in daily life or when travelling, a bike can be part of the plan. The programme talks to bike whizzes and explores topics ranging from history of biking in Hong Kong to the biking fad in recent years, and how we can make use of bicycles in everyday lives. The programme will also invite bike travelers to share their experiences and expand our imagination on biking in urban spaces.
