根据2016年香港中期人口统计，非华裔人口占全港总人口8%。8%当中，拉丁美洲族群甚少得到关注。节目纪录居港拉丁美洲族群的生活点滴，了解他们如何适应文化差异，融入不同行业。

 

According to 2016 Population By-census, non-Chinese population accounts for 8% of the total population in Hong Kong, and the Latin American minorities have been receiving little attention. We hope to record their life moments in Hong Kong through this programme and explore how they overcome cultural differences and adapt in the workplace.
