    We often ignore the signs of mental health recharge time. Looking inside our mind. Feeling weak, sweaty or tired is just over exhaustion. Headache is often associated with physical pain only, Trembling, nervous, restless or tense is related to the lack of confidence.Trouble in concentrating is linked to active or lazy. This program will discuss; It’s OKAY to Pause &take; a deep breath, self-care, to feel pain which can’t be described in words, to say NO for things we can’t do. A program to discuss insecurities & discuss the tools like self-value, resilience, creativity, curiosity, growth mindset, humor for building a stronger self.
