    Fitness coach Nathan Solia - Health and fitness retreats when travelling / Radio for Good: Chris Yiu, Sarai Szeto and Jessica Zhao - The Tempest

    On Friday's Brunch with Noreen we've got Nathan Solia joining us just after 10. This week he'll be talking about the types of health and fitness retreats he'd like to go to when we can travel freely. After 11, on this weeks 'Radio for Good', we celebrate Deaf Awareness Month in September. We'll be hearing about "The Tempest", a musical where local deaf and blind students are performing. We'll be chatting with Chris Yiu, a Senior Programme Officer of the Centre for Sign Linguistics and Deaf Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Founding Director of SLCO Community Resources.     On Friday's Brunch with Noreen, we've got Nathan Solia joining just after 10. This week he'll be talking about the types of health and fitness retreats he'd like to go to when we can travel freely. At 10.40, our 'Guest of the Week' is renowned liver expert Dr. Lai Ching-lung, who'll join us for the last installment of his life story, which we're following all this week. After 11, we're hearing about the Women's Sailing Festival with Rob Allen, the Manager of the Hebe Haven Yacht Club Sail Training Centre; and Kay Rawbone, the founder of Sailability Hong Kong, a local charity that provides the opportunity for everyone to learn to sail.
