The attitude and dedication of a teacher directly affects the way a student responds and behaves in school. Sometimes when a student misbehaves he may be sending out signals that he is troubled and is in need of help and understanding.

In this episode, a teacher reach out to students who are considered to be misfits and are rewarded with a change of attitude and behaviour from the students. Care and understanding is a long term effort requiring time and patience to take effect. But when a student teeters on the brink of choosing a path to take, the unwitting decision of a teacher to reach out a hand to pull him back or to push him over may have a dramatically different out come for the student.
