There are many people selling these piracies publicity in shopping centers, kerb-side stalls, hawkers and even some residential apartments, although Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department claims that they have strengthened the raids. The most updated situation of selling of the piratical CD and VCD will be illustrated, and the planning and raiding of the piracy selling points by "Special Task Force" will be followed in this episode.
