    一班减肥朋友在首两周合共减去33公斤,成绩令人满意。

    这次Tom会协助几位工作忙碌或缺乏烹饪经验的朋友,为他们设计「快易瘦」食谱。菜式包括:香辣卡郡炒蛋、低卡薄饼、青豆火腿卡邦尼通粉,以及法式苹果酥皮挞。

    David身为公司管理层,忙得不可开交,要他入厨简直是天荒夜谈。Tom登门造访,教他弄一个简易鸡煲。第一次下厨的成果,令家人喜出望外,赞不绝口。

    31岁的嘉莉要照顾患有自闭症的儿子,心力交瘁,最近更被确诊第二型糖尿,她要重拾健康,为儿子加油。

    女护士Sam希望以最fit的状态出嫁。并希望为她一班病人作个好榜样。Tom指导Sam于20分钟内完成一个健康又美味的翠玉瓜饼,究竟Sam能否于限时内完成这个菜式呢?

    Tom’s gang of calorie-counting dieters got off to a flying start. Between them they lost 33kg in the first fortnight. This time Tom is turning the spotlight on the dieters in the group who say they are too busy, or too inexperienced, to cook healthy meals at home. His quick and easy recipes include a family breakfast of Cajun scrambled eggs, a dieter’s ‘cheat pizza’, a pea and ham pasta that’s on the table in under 15 minutes and a really simple lower calorie French apple tart.

    Businessman David who never cooks for himself. Tom visits David’s house and teaches him how to make a simple but delicious chicken casserole. It’s the first time David has cooked for his family and it gets the thumbs up from his wife and kids.

    Sam, a nurse who is getting married later in the year and wants to look great in her wedding dress.  She also wants to lose weight to set a better example to her patients. Tom challenges Sam to make courgette fritters for their lunch in just 20 minutes.  

    Kayleigh is another dieter whose main motivation for losing weight is her health.  She is 31 and has recently been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.

      过去十星期,一班减肥朋友在米芝莲星级大厨Tom的领导下,努力运动并结合低卡健康的饮食,达到减磅的目标。为了庆祝他们的成果,Tom特意邀请他们参与一次邮轮庆功。

       

      派对前夕,Tom搅尽脑汁,精心设计了多款适合这场庆功宴,既美味又低卡的健康菜式。包括:哈罗米芝士烤菜沙律、墨西哥手撕猪肉夹饼,以及焗豆丸子伴青瓜酸乳酪汁。

      最后,Tom以低卡红萝卜蛋糕作为甜品 ,为这场盛宴画上完美句号。

      For 10 weeks Tom Kerridge has been guiding a group of struggling dieters through a programme of healthy eating and exercise, with stunning results.

       

      To mark the end of their time together, Tom has invited his gang to join him on a river cruise. He wants to congratulate them on what they have achieved.

       

      Before the party Tom needs to sort out what to serve for the buffet. He shows us how to make couscous with griddled halloumi and Mediterranean vegetables. 

       

      Next on the party menu are Tom’s pulled pork tacos served with salad and homemade pickled onions. Marinating lean pork shoulder then slow cooking it delivers stunning taste and texture and there’s an ingenious trick for turning a floppy tortilla into a crispy taco shell to hold the pulled pork.

       

      And the final savoury dish is a plateful of Tom’s delicious falafels with tzatziki dip. Falafels are normally deep-fried but Tom’s method for reducing the calorie count is to bake them instead frying.  With a carrot cake for dessert, this looks like being a buffet to remember.

      不少减肥朋友也表示,要在上班时抵抗高卡食物的诱惑相当困难。故此, Tom特意设计「带饭精选」这一系列新食谱,包括爆谷棒及尼斯吞拿鱼沙律。

       

      Tom除了亲身示范如何烹煮这款经典菜式,更邀得几位减肥朋友即场试食。可惜Louise及Beth对吃鱼感到非常抗拒。究竟作为米芝莲星级大厨的Tom能否令她们对吃鱼改观呢?

      Some of the dieters are finding it hard to resist high calorie options when they are at work. So Tom creates a new batch of appetising recipes - his ‘movable feasts’ - to help them resist temptation away from home.

       

      The recipes include three packed lunches and a snack they won’t want to leave home without.  For mid-morning munchies or an afternoon boost, Tom offers a crunchy popcorn and chocolate snack bar with marshmallow. It’s like a Rocky Road but with way less calories.  On a date, the only couple taking part in Tom’s experiment smuggle a batch of these bars into the cinema with them. Later Tom catches up with them in a pizza restaurant to talk about making healthy choices.

       

      For his final recipe – a tuna Niçoise salad with fresh tuna - Tom invites three of his dieters over to learn how to make it, and of course to taste it.  The only problem is that two of them, Beth and Louise, don’t like fish. One hasn’t eaten fish since she was a small child and the other thinks that tuna is cat food. Will the Michelin-starred chef convert them with his tasty salad?

      有几位减肥朋友间中会瞒着Tom,偷吃高卡路里快餐,他们稍一不慎便会前功尽废。

       

      Tom今次的挑战就是低卡路里的土耳其烤羊肉卷饼、火鸡肉翠玉瓜汉堡、印度咖哩鸡,味道绝对不会比我们平时于餐厅吃到的输蚀。甜品方面有免油炸的焗都甩,足够满足我们专用来安放甜品的另一个胃。

       

      健身中心经理Pittri于每星期也会为自己安排一天“放纵日”,奖励自己吃个汉堡,饮上几杯,“卡路里”这三个字于这天绝无意义。

       

      只有22岁的肥Tom可说是快餐的忠粉,成为减肥朋友前的他每星期起码会吃上三至四顿快餐。他谈及叔叔因为过重患心脏病,刚过四十岁便过身。为免步叔叔后尘,他决定积极减磅。

      A couple of the lads in the group have been sneaking off for cheeky takeaways and he’s worried that they might give up altogether.  So Tom sets about inventing lower calorie alternatives to takeaways and ready meals.

       

      Doner kebabs are a post-pub favourite but typically exceed 1,000 calories. Tom creates a delicious burger using lean turkey mince and grated courgette.  He rustles up a batch of sweet doughnuts which are baked instead of fried. And he makes chicken tikka masala which tastes every bit as good as one you’d buy from a takeaway.

       

      Pittri, who is the manager of a local gym, is having ‘cheat days’ where calorie counting goes out the window in favour of a few drinks and a burger.

       

      Another of the fast food fans in the group is 22 year old Tom.  He admits that before starting this diet, he’d eat three or four takeaways a week. His motivation to lose weight is very poignant. His uncle died young because of obesity and Tom doesn’t want the same thing to happen to him.

      This time it’s all about special treats; the kind of food you don’t think you’d be allowed to eat on a diet. With some serious foodies and restaurant-goers among the group, these dishes need to hit the spot and stop them from falling back into their old ways.

      Tom meets up with Ki, who is a professional photographer by trade. Ki wants to lose weight before he gets married later in the year but he loves eating out in restaurants and doesn’t know how to cook. Tom challenges Ki to cook a three-course meal for friends using his calorie-counted recipes.

      Vicar Jenny has Italian heritage in her family, loves good food and loves hosting dinner parties. Jenny points out that there’s much in the bible about feasting and fasting, but she’s rather overlooked the fasting part lately. 

      Sandra works in event management and, like Tom, is surrounded by food on daily basis.  He knows just how tough it can be to change your eating habits when food is part of your job.

      Louise的伴侣意外逝世,遗下她及儿子两人。食物成为她的最大安慰,也导致她的体重不断上升。

      The experts say that reducing calories is the best way to lose weight long term so that’s what Tom Kerridge’s dieters are going to do. 

      There are three big comfort eaters Tom helps out; Ozi, Leigh and Louise. He makes surprise visits to their homes, workplaces and even the local supermarket.  He encourages them not to give up the fight and shares his tips on how to break the emotional cycle of destructive comfort eating.

      Ozi is a stay-at-home Dad with twin daughters. He feels isolated from friends and family and turns to his biscuit tin for comfort.

      Leigh is an army wife and mother of 4 young children. She puts her kids first, skips meals, then binges.

      At 19 Louise’s partner died in an accident. She ate to console herself and piled on weight.

      After two weeks on the diet, Tom reveals how much weight the group have lost.
