In celebration of the 95 Years of Public Service Broadcasting in Hong Kong, RTHK will organize a thematic exhibition, showcasing the development of RTHK and the broadcasting industry in Hong Kong. The exhibition includes recreating recording studios and displaying historical production equipment, precious photos and audio-visual clips by RTHK. It also includes holographic projection, interactive installations, AI technology, taking the audience through the endless world of audio and visuals.

Members of the public are welcome to visit with free admission.

In celebration of the 95 Years of Public Service Broadcasting in Hong Kong, RTHK will organise the "Sonic + Visual" Carnival at the Piazza outside Hong Kong Science Museum on 2-3 December 2023. The carnival is also a supporting event of the "Happy Hong Kong" campaign launched by the HKSAR Government. The carnival has various themed zones, including health and medicine, culture and history, sports and leisure, nature and environment, science, as well as a teen zone, providing innovative and inspiring entertainment activities for the public.

In celebration of the 95 Years of Public Service Broadcasting in Hong Kong, RTHK will organize a roving exhibition, showcasing the programme direction and service focus of RTHK, and bringing back historical memories of unforgettable voices and images.

This year marks the 95th anniversary of Hong Kong Public Broadcasting. With the theme of “Radio”, a total of 20 one-hour radio dramas on detectives, romance, and martial arts will be grandly presented starting from October 2023. Artists, veteran and young radio presenters will co-star and tell the stories of Hong Kong*.

In celebration of the 95 Years of Public Service Broadcasting, a new segment called 《Putonghua Nine to Five》 has been created, combining radio history, radio development and Putonghua learning in the form of short radio dramas. It allows listeners to learn and use Putonghua while understanding the development of the broadcasting industry*.

In celebration of the 95th anniversary of Radio Television Hong Kong, RTHK Radio 5 has launched a special production called "Words of Wisdom". Each episode invites two guests, one older and one younger, to discuss the same topic and share their perspectives as a way to understand each other's thoughts and promote intergenerational harmony.*

Highlight of the 95th Anniversary of Public Broadcasting is the Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs Award Presentation Concert scheduled to be held at 7:30pm on 6 May 2023 at the Hong Kong Coliseum.

To usher in Spring and welcoming the Year of the Rabbit, representatives of Hong Kong broadcasting industry gathered delightedly at the 'RTHK Lunar New Year Celebration for the Year of the Rabbit' to share their blessings and extend best wishes for prosperity to all sectors of Hong Kong society. As this year marks the 95th anniversary of public service broadcasting in Hong Kong, the Guest of Honour Algernon YAU Ying-wah, Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development, and Eddie CHEUNG Kwok-choi, Director of Broadcasting joined hands to launch a series of celebration activities by hosting the kick-off ceremony.
