Police say three more men have been arrested for suspected conspiracy to defraud in relation to the unlicensed cryptocurrency exchange JPEX. CUHK launches free dementia screening  Listenfacebook
The Chinese University has introduced a free screening service for residents to diagnose Alzheimer's disease, in collaboration with the Charles K Kao Foundation for Alzheimer's Disease. The co-director of the service, Dr Chiu Ha-ying, says the screening will target seniors without dementia or other conditions, such as Parkinson's disease, that can affect cognition. Dr Chiu told Anne Chan that early symptoms of Alzheimer's disease or risk of developing it could be identified with an online questionnaire and an eye test:
DAB wants GEM listing reforms  Listenfacebook
The DAB party wants authorities to make it easier for small and medium-sized companies to list on GEM. Formerly known as the Growth Enterprise Market, GEM is the second board of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing and allows small and mid-sized issuers to raise funds. But the DAB party says the lack of new listings in the past few years has undermined Hong Kong's position as an international financial hub. DAB lawmaker, Edmund Wong, told Samantha Butler that the application procedure was too slow, and the minimum cash inflow of $30 million was too high:
