Police say three more men have been arrested for suspected conspiracy to defraud in relation to the unlicensed cryptocurrency exchange JPEX. The Chinese University has introduced a free screening service for residents to diagnose Alzheimer's disease, in collaboration with the Charles K Kao Foundation for Alzheimer's Disease. The co-director of the service, Dr Chiu Ha-ying, says the screening will target seniors without dementia or other conditions, such as Parkinson's disease, that can affect cognition.
