Victims of the alleged fraud cases, involving the cryptocurrency trading platform JPEX, say the government should improve the regulation of investment courses offered to the public. At a press conference, they said they had been persuaded by instructors of some of these courses to invest in the unlicensed trading platform. Immigration officers say they have smashed a syndicate that is said to have hired illegal workers to provide dish-washing services to restaurants. A total of 33 people were arrested. Damon Pang reports:
Deploy more MTR staff to help disabled access lifts  Listenfacebook
A social worker says the MTR Corporation should deploy more staff at train stations during rush-hour, to help prioritise lift usage for wheelchair and pram users, as well as people with luggage. Charley Li, a social worker from the Society for Rehabilitation says at some stations, it can take wheelchair users more than half an hour to reach exits, due to the location of lifts or the lack of signage over accessibility features. On Saturday, Australians vote in an historic referendum which could see the country change its constitution for the first time in almost 50 years. If the vote is for 'yes', an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice will be established - a formal body for Indigenous people to give advice on laws to Australia's parliament and government. Opinion is divided, even among Indigenous Australians. As RTHK's Australia correspondent Luke Hunt told AnneMarie Evans, polls suggest the likely outcome of the vote will be 'no':
