Complaints about Conflict of Interest
According to the relevant provisions in the Generic Code of Practice on Television Programme Standards and the Radio Code of Practice on Programme Standards, RTHK would receive and consider complaints from members of the public with respect to the potential conflict of interest of its programmes and make the investigation findings available for public inspection free of charge. Members of the public can make a request to RTHK –
(a) by completing the online enquiry form; or
(b) by post to Corporate Communications & Standards Unit, RTHK Broadcasting House, 30 Broadcast Drive, Kowloon.
