    主持人:Hugh Chiverton and Andrew Work

    8:30-9:00 Latest of Covid

John Nicholls Clinical Professor in Pathology at the University of Hong Kong.
Dr.Sridhar Siddharth Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Microbiology,
    University of Hong Kong
    9:00-9:30 Country Parks
Martin Williams Founder, Hong Kong Outdoors.
Paul Zimmerman, CEO of Designing Hong Kong, Southern District Councillor
On Wednesday's Backchat, Covid strains, and FS budget on country parks.
How concerned should we be about the variants of SARS-CoV-2? Do vaccines protect against them? Are
they more deadly, or faster spreading? How many are in Hong Kong, and is it possible to keep them out?
We'll be joined by a pathologist and a clinical microbiologist to answer your questions.
After 9, in his budget the FS proposed a half a billion dollar spend on country parks, adding
lookout points, treetop adventure and glamping sites, improving toilet facilities and picnic and
barbecue sites and revitalising some wartime relics by converting them into open museums.
And another $55 million to enhance ten popular hiking trails that have tourist potential. Where
and how would you spend the money?
