Police are investigating a number of similar emails that were recently sent to several lawmakers depicting them naked in bed with a woman.
A fact checking expert said the photos have quite obviously been altered, with the legislators' faces superimposed over the original image.
It is one of many examples of fake photo scams, trying to solicit money from those who wish to prevent the images from being circulated.
