DeepSeek, the artificial intelligence firm based in Hangzhou, took the world by storm with its low-cost but powerful chatbot.
Now there could be another Chinese rival to ChatGPT, which many regard as the world's leading AI model.
Called Manus, its developers say the tool can execute complicated tasks with minimal human input.
In a demonstration video, the tool performed in-depth analysis of a bunch of job candidates through their resumes, while also conducted a comprehensive property research and stocks analysis.
So how well does Manus agaist competitors like OpenAI's Operator and Claude’s Computer Use? What risks should be considered before letting an AI agent perform an action on your behalf?
Listen to what AI consultant Raj Shroff has to say in this episode of Tech Tuesday.
You'll also hear about a leaked video of Sony that hints the future of gaming development.

A high school teacher in the United States was recently arrested for using AI to create a fake, racist recording of the school’s principal, following workplace disagreement between the two over missing school funds.
The arrestee Dazhon Darien was accused of creating an audio clip that resembles the principal making racist remarks about some students and faculty members.
The recording first surfaced in January and after months of investigation, the local police concluded that the recording was not authentic and contained traces of AI-generated content.
So how did the local police identify the audio deepfake? Will we see a dangerous trend of AI being weaponised? Listen to AI consultant Raj Shroff’s take on the issue via https://www.rthk.hk/radio/radio3/programme/tech_tuesday
You’ll also hear about the discovery of over 27,000 previously unnoticed asteroids using an AI tool called THOR, as well as a study that claims ChatGPT makes better moral judgements than university students.
