LIV Golf will be held again at the Hong Kong Golf Club’s Fanling Course from March 7 to 9. With a prize money of up to US$25 million, it is considered one of the richest sporting events in Hong Kong history.

Art Basel will be held at the Convention and Exhibition Centre from 28th to 30th March, bringing together 240 art galleries from 42 countries and regions, 23 of which are exhibiting for the first time. One of the highlights is “Encounters”, curated sector dedicated to large-scale projects, with the theme “As the World Turns”. Among the 18 installations, 14 are created for this exhibition. Another noteworthy sector is “Kabinett”. This year, a record number of 36 art galleries are taking part, presenting works by 21 artists from the Asia-Pacific region and 15 from other regions. Hong Kong Sevens; Ap Lei Chau Hung Shing Cultural Festival
Hong Kong Sevens will be held from 28th to 30th March at the Kai Tak Stadium, accommodating a much larger audience. It’s also the first international sporting event at the new 50,000-seat venue. As one of the stops of the World Rugby Sevens Series, the tournament brings together 12 men's and 12 women's world-class teams. Organised by the Asian Film Awards Academy, the Asian Film Awards in its 18th year and will continue to be held in Hong Kong this year. 30 outstanding films from 25 countries and regions will compete for 16 awards. The grand awards ceremony will take place on 16th March at Xiqu Centre. Ap Lei Chau Hung Shing Cultural Festival; Asian Film Awards
Hung Shing Festival is on the 13th in the second month of the lunar calendar. Organised by the Ap Lei Chau Kai Fong Tung Hing Association, the celebration has been held since 1880, and it has evolved into the Ap Lei Chau Hung Shing Cultural Festival today. This year, it is held from 2nd to 17th March.
