Stress is an indispensable part of our lives. Every day, we are constantly handling pressures from work, our inter-personal relationships, and other tedious chores in life. Stress pursues us all the time. Some people handle it well; some don’t. Some may get depressed and fall apart.
If life is like boiling a kettle of water, then stress is the fire. When there is not enough heat, the water will not boil. If the fire is too fierce, it will burn the kettle in the end. Yet, there are ways to bolster your resilience against problems and challenges that may be coming your way.
