Overseas promotion of Hong Kong artists/ Aurora phenomenon

On Tuesday's Backchat, we're talking about Hong Kong's role as an international cultural centre.

Local think-tank the Hong Kong Coalition is calling on the city's arts bodies to boost the sector's outreach on the mainland as well as overseas, highlighting the benefits this would have in enhancing the territory's competitiveness.
The organisation also hopes to see more measures to turn the SAR into a regional intellectual property centre, a commitment outlined in China's 14th Five Year Plan.
In March this year, the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority signed agreements with 22 overseas and mainland museums in what analysts saw as a significant step towards the sector's internationalisation.
Are we on the track to becoming a global leader in arts and intellectual property?
After 9:45, we learn more about the aurora light shows seen in recent days in both the northern and southern hemispheres, caused by geomagnetic storms emanating from solar activity.

    主持人:Jim Gould and Ada Wong

How are the plans likely to unfold? And are there adequate measures to protect biodiversity in the area?
